▌Assembly Instructions

Once you have completed your DIY pixel art door sign, follow these steps to assemble it:

1.Attach Nano Adhesives
Place 6 small nano adhesive dots evenly on the back of the completed pixel art baseplate.

2.Fix to Black Acrylic Panel
Stick the pixel art baseplate onto the black acrylic panel and press gently to secure it.

3.Add Larger Nano Adhesives
Attach 6 larger nano adhesive dots to the back of the black acrylic panel.

4.Mount Your Door Sign
Place your finished pixel art door sign on your desired surface and press firmly.

Pixel-Art offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused and undamaged items in their original condition within 30 days from the delivery date.

30-Day Refund Conditions

- Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2.Product Condition Requirements:

- Returned products must be in brand-new, resalable condition, including intact original packaging and labels.
- Products that are altered or damaged (e.g., scratches, stains, missing components) are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3.Other Conditions:

- Each order is limited to one return request.
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or product), the price of the exchanged item will be recalculated, and the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Return Process

2.Return the Item:
Once you have received return authorization, please arrange to send the item back to the specified address. Follow these steps:

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it remains undamaged.
Provide a tracking number for the return package to help us confirm its status.

3.Refund Processing:

- It may take 2-3 weeks from the date you ship the return for us to process your request.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5 business days and send a confirmation email.

4.Exchange Processing:

- For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
